UV Coating (over-all OR spot) - UV coating will enrich your design and enhance your colors. It also protects the paper so that it can last longer.  We provide all kinds of UV coating such as: Gloss, Matte, Satin, Raised, Glitter, Reticulated, Textured, and Water-based Soft Touch on BOTH digital or offset prints.  We currently have 1 roller coater, and 3 screen coaters.  We can UV on-top of foil stamping.  We can also Spot UV over lamination.  Most orders we UV coat are for packaging, business cards, posters, and covers, but we can UV any paper that has a coating like C1S or lamination or even the popular paper 'Touche'.

Screen Coater - This machine provides high-quality finishes.   Our smallest Spot/Flood UV machine sheet size is 11x17 and the largest is 28x40. The thinnest paper we can UV on these machines is text weight and we can UV on thick cover weight.

Lamination - Lamination can protect the paper from smudges, tears, scuffing, and it can enhance the colors on the prints while creating a great feeling to it. We laminate tons of menus flush cut or with sealed edges.  The sealed edges are always recommended as it protects the paper from getting wet or dirty.  We use a variety of roll sizes and mil sizes.  The thinnest we use is 1.0mil and the thickest is 10mil.  Our options include gloss, matte, satin, textured, soft touch, mirrored, super-stick, and glitter.

Foil Stamping - From 1-color to 10-colors of foil, this service is guaranteed to make your project stand out.  Colors include matte pigments, gloss pigments, metallic, holographic, and pearl. We can foil on-top of laminated sheets or underneath UV coated sheets or alone on paper. Our smallest sheet size is 4.25x5.5 up to 28x40.  The thinnest paper we can foil is 20# bond and the thickest is 24pt cover.

Embossing - Embossing is when the paper is pushed UP on the image, creating a 3-D appearance on the front.  Keep in mind that when we emboss paper, the other side will have an indention of the shape; otherwise we can mount 2 sheets together to hide that. The opposite of embossing is debossing, which is when the shape is indented downward.

Mounting - We have mastered the art of mounting two sheets (or more) to create a thick card.  The smallest sheet size is 5.5x8.5 and the largest is 24x40.  The thinnest paper we can mount is #100 book and we can mount up to 100pt cover.  We also create our own high-quality EASELS in either black, white, or brown chip (we can customize other colors too).  Our easels make a great finish to big or heavy counter cards or displays (or even picture frames).  Our easels vary in size from small to extra-large and we have single-wings and double-wings.

Die-cutting - We store hundreds of dies here so that our customers can utilize them for their projects.  We also store dies for our customers in our numbered drawers.  We can die-cut from 4.25x5.5 all the way up to 28x40.  We also have an in-house die-maker who makes all of our steel-ruled dies, giving us the advantage of fixing any problems the job might have while on press.  From business cards to pocket folders and high-end projects, our die-cutting services are a huge plus to our company.

Round Cornering - We have 3 radius sizes available: 1/2", 1/4", and 3/8".

Box Gluing - We currently have 1 moll gluer and 1 Vega gluing machine.  The range of gluing is from key card holders, pocket folders, CD holders and boxes (straight-line, auto-lock bottom, custom-made boxes, 4-corner)
